License to use
Unless otherwise stated, Log Analyzer and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Log Analyzer. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from Log Analyzer for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
Acceptable Use
You must not use Log Analyzer in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the application or impairment of the availability or accessibility of Log Analyzer or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
User Content
In these terms of use, “your user content” refers to material (including but not limited to files, documents, text, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material) that you submit to Log Analyzer for processing or analysis
Privacy and Data Security:
We prioritize your privacy and the security of your data. We do not collect, store, or use your user content beyond the immediate scope of the service provided. Your user content is used solely for the purpose of analysis or processing as requested by you and your original content, documents or files are not retained post-analysis.
Limited License:
By submitting your user content for analyzing, you grant Log Analyzer a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the service requested by you. This license is strictly confined to the operational functionality of Log Analyzer.
Control Over Your Data:
You maintain full ownership and control over your user content. At any time, you can request the cessation of analysis and the non-retention of any associated data, in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable legal requirements.
No Redistribution:
We assure you that your user content will not be shared, sold, redistributed, or used for any purpose other than the specific analysis or processing service you have requested.
Compliance with Data Protection Laws:
Our commitment to your privacy includes adherence to all relevant data protection laws. We will continually update our practices to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data.
No warranties
This Application is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Log Analyzer makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Application or the materials contained on this Application. Additionally, nothing contained on this Application shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.
Limited liability
In no event shall Log Analyzer, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Application, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Log Analyzer, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Application.
Variation of Terms
Log Analyzer is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Application you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Application.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Application, constitute the entire agreement between Log Analyzer and you in relation to your use of this Application, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
